Being aware of issues in advance will also allow for disclosure of problems. If you are a seller, a pre-list home inspection will give you a marketing advantage—the ability to identify problems that could stall the sale. Even if repairs are required, the inspector's independent recommendations could help speed up the sale.

A pre-list inspection, like our standard inspection is based on the square footage of the property. The starting price is $350.00.
We accept all major credit cards and can take a payment on site or over the phone.
